Candidate sourcing and pre-qualification based on equipment experience, hiring requirements, lanes, availability, and home-time expectations.
Explore Driver Recruiting ↗What We Do
Freight operations and fleet staffing are different challenges. DTRT provides focused services for both, with clear communication, practical support, and attention to the needs of each operation.
We treat the truck as a business. Freight decisions should account for the rate, the miles, the timing, and what happens after delivery.
An empty truck cannot generate freight revenue. We help fleets identify candidates whose experience, availability, and expectations align with the opening.
Freight Management Options
Start with core freight management or choose Growth Engine™ for freight operations combined with structured performance analysis and shipper-development support.
Core Freight Management
Introductory rate for the first five completed, DTRT-managed loads. After those five loads, the fee is 10% per DTRT-managed load.
Freight Intelligence & Growth
Freight management plus performance intelligence and structured business-development support. No separate monthly program fee.
Growth Engine™ is designed for carriers with at least 90 days of active authority. DTRT does not charge a management fee on loads booked independently by the carrier without DTRT involvement. Growth Engine direct-shipper outreach is capped at 50 outgoing attempts per enrolled carrier account monthly. Service details are governed by the signed agreement. No specific loads, rates, revenue, or shipper responses are guaranteed.
Equipment Experience
Different equipment creates different operating requirements. We account for equipment fit, lane positioning, appointments, and the details that affect each move.
Load planning with attention to securement, tarping, lanes, and positioning.
Freight opportunities based on equipment fit, dimensional considerations, and movement.
Appointment coordination, market awareness, and reload planning.
Temperature-controlled freight coordination and appointment-sensitive planning.
Trailer and load matching, broker communication, and operating coordination.
Discuss your equipment, preferred lanes, authority, and operating goals.
