DTRT Driver Recruiting

Your Trucks Can't Make Money Sitting Empty.

DTRT helps small fleets attract and pre-qualify CDL drivers based on the experience, equipment, lanes, home time and hiring requirements your operation actually needs.

Built around fit

Not just more applicants. Better alignment.

Small fleets may not have a full recruiting department. They still need qualified people in the seats—and drivers deserve a clear picture of the opportunity.

01

Real hiring requirements

Equipment, experience, lanes, home time, pay structure and insurer requirements are identified before recruiting begins.

02

Useful driver profiles

CDL experience, equipment background, availability and preferences are reviewed for potential participating-carrier opportunities.

03

Retention awareness

The fleet profile looks beyond the open seat to identify home-time, communication, pay and expectation issues that may affect driver retention.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get started.

Select a question to see the answer.

What role does DTRT play in the hiring process?
DTRT provides candidate sourcing and pre-qualification support for participating motor carriers. DTRT is not the employer and does not make final hiring decisions. A driver profile does not guarantee a match, interview, offer, placement or employment.
How does driver matching and pre-qualification work?
DTRT compares the driver's documented CDL qualifications, endorsements, equipment experience, location, availability and preferences with the carrier's stated job and insurer requirements. The carrier completes all final verification and compliance checks.
What types of drivers and equipment experience does DTRT support?
Profiles may include company drivers, owner-operators and lease-on candidates with experience in dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, tanker, pneumatic or heavy haul operations. Actual openings depend on participating carrier needs.
What information does the initial driver profile collect?
The initial profile collects basic contact information, CDL qualifications, endorsements, equipment experience, driving preferences, home-time needs and availability. It does not request Social Security numbers, medical records, drug-test results or Clearinghouse reports.
What happens after a fleet submits its hiring profile?
DTRT reviews the fleet's equipment, lanes, home time, compensation, experience requirements and non-negotiables. Qualified fleet leads are then invited to a recruiting strategy call covering fit, approach, pricing and next steps.
Built for small fleets that need the right people in the seats.
